Agoro Road and Agoro Camp in one campaign
Agoro Road and Agoro Camp are one campaign on Gamefound. The launch is planned for 16 October 2026 at 12:00 (CEST), and the campaign runs until 30 November 2026. The preview page is live now: follow it before launch and then back the campaign, and the digital artbook and the print-and-play pack are yours free. The free region stays free for everyone, always.
Prices are in euro and net: VAT for your country and postage for figurines are added at checkout on Gamefound. The Gamefound page sets the rewards, prices and delivery dates.
Small games with a lot of warmth, made in Europe with roots in West Africa. Every released one is free to start.

I am Daniel Duroshola. Agoro Games is me, working with AI agents that draft, build and translate under my direction. Every agent-made piece is labelled, and I am responsible for every word. Two build logs run in the open: what I decided, what it cost, and what came out wrong.
Concept renders are always captioned as concept renders, and I do not claim a store, a date or a price before it is real.
What happened, and when.
The glasses-free 3D frames lent to the Tripothon JUPITER SR track reached me after Barcelona, and I unpacked them on 20 October. By the evening two Unity apps ran on a frame: a test app that steers the 3D view with your head through a webcam, and a companion for Agoro Road Crew that shows 2D on a phone and switches to 3D on the frame. Agoro Road Crew is a co-op game that is still a private test build. Clips, screenshots and my notes on the device are on their own page.
On 17 October I showed Agoro Camp, Agoro Road, the Home Light companion and a table of 3D-printed figurines at the Tripothon S1 Demo Day in Barcelona, and Agoro Games won the Best Use of Tripo award. The figurines are the same Tripo models I use in the games, printed on my own printer. Thank you to Tripo and to everyone who stopped at the table.
Every page of agoro.games now carries a bar to the Gamefound campaign, which opens on 16 October. I also built German editions of the five Agoro print-and-play rulebooks, with 85 card pictures painted by an image model running on my own Mac; nobody has played the German cards at a table yet. A test figurine with Agoro Games engraved under its base is on the printer.
Each goal adds free digital extras for every pledge, from wallpapers and a weekly devlog to figurines you can 3D-print yourself. There are also first-backer rewards: 200 places for Agoro Road and 200 for both games.
Agoro Games is the games studio of Daniel Duroshola, published by Sankofa Digital OÜ in Tallinn. The goal is an African games studio: small, finished games first, each paying for the next, with the headquarters moving to Accra, Ghana.
